Ethanol and NASCAR

American Ethanol is partnering with The National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) to promote U.S. produced ethanol. NASCAR stated that it would start using Sunoco Green E15 that is made from corn, in 2011. The first Sunoco Green E15 will be used at the Daytona 500. We, in the Midwest know the many benefits of ethanol, but a lot of people outside the Midwest don’t. There has been a lot of misinformation (about ethanol) that has confused the American people, and hasn’t been hearing the real facts. NASCAR is big business, and big money, and if they can run ethanol, then we certainly can in our factory built cars, trucks, and tractors. American Ethanol and NASCAR made a 6-year promotion agreement. I say, “Hats Off To NASCAR”. I know there are a lot of different opinions on E15, and ethanol in general. Whats yours?
